Frequently Asked Questions

All new patients are required to have a video telemedicine visit for their first appointment. Future visits may be through video, audio, or by telephone. Identification is required. Accepted forms: driver's license, state ID, passport.

We require 48 - 72 hours notice for prescription refills. Please contact our office to request a refill. 

We see ages 12 and up. 

Currently, we are accepting patients who reside in Florida, Maryland, and Tennessee (with more to come).

Our "cash" prices are discounted rates for patients without medical insurance. We will be accepting different insurances soon, and are currently working on credentialing with various insurance companies. We accept debit and most major credit cards.
